A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in our a double room were useful during stay. The staff were constantly very friendly. The hotel was luxury and comfortable and in a central location.

location: the hotel was short walk to the market and restaurants, cafes, promenade and rock beach, and all major places in pondicherry. it was nice to have nicely furnished and well-maintained room with an incredible view.

We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the free parking that came with our stay. The hotel was strategically located, making it easy for us to navigate around the city during our trip. We also liked that there was a nearby convenience store that we could easily walk to for extra supplies.

The experience wasn't very pleasant as the room was dimly lit, with a dark entryway, making it hard to enough see. We also had to keep asking for more towels and basic amenities.
